I've configured the workflow for the Scorecard to run and also added the badge to the README page (TwelveMonkeys score is really great by the way, congrats!)
Also, if later you want to get more precise information about the Branch Protection check, it is possible to create a fine-grained PAT for this workflow (it is explained in the comments).
Let me know if you have any doubts.
