Digital Event Pass

An android application to manage and organise events.

You can sign-in using google to create events where you can create invitee-lists as well as generate QR-Based tickets that can be scanned at the entrance. Other users can explore various events and can also register for them.

All the data is maintained in firestore and firebase storage.

Key features of the app includes:

• Signin using google.
• Explore events and register for event.
• Create and manage user profile that is maintained in the data base.
• Create, edit or delete events.
• Images can be added for the event as well as the profile image.
• Venue can be selected using location picker in map.
• Maintain a list of the invitees for the event.
• Generate QR-Based tickets for the event.
• QR-Code scanner to scan tickets.

FUTURE UPDATES:

• Sending notifications to the guests.
• Get directions to the venue in Google Maps.
• Set reminders for the event in calendar.
• Searchbar and sorting of events by type, time, location etc.

HOW TO INSTALL:

The executable .apk in attached with the project code, download the apk in your mobile and simply install using default package installer. (Install from unknown sources option must be enabled from the settings before installing)

Version Details:

This project is built using Flutter Sdk beta 1.17.0-3.4 and Gradle version 3.6.3. The target sdk version for our project is API 29(Android 10) and minimum sdk version for compatibility is API 22.
