This PR updates the usage docs for dynamic host catalogs. It adds a UI workflow to the AWS and Azure procedures which only had CLI and Terraform previously. It also adds Dynamic and Static credential tabs to the AWS procedure "Create a host catalog to connect with AWS" to support
AssumeRole.It also updates the new GCP topic to include a tabbed workflow with the UI path.
