docs: Add interoperability matrix

This PR does the following:

• Adds an interoperability matrix for transparent sessions and third-party products
• Adds links to the new matrix from the "Client Agent" and "Connect using transparent sessions" topics
• Updates the WARP client conflicting software section with new information
• Updates the Commonly seen errors section with 2 new errors

View the update in a preview deployment:

• Transparent sessions interoperability matrix - new topic
• Connect using transparent sessions > Install the Boundary clients - added link to matrix
• Client Agent > Conflicting software - added link to matrix
• Client Agent > Conflicting software > Cloudflare WARP client - revised paragraph to state that WARP must be started before the Client Agent to coexist
• Client Agent > Troubleshooting > Commonly seen errors - added 2 error messages ( #1 and #2 ) from ICU-16234
