I have, essentially, copied what was done for Stack 2.11.0.1, with logical amendments. The Stack project does not build 'official' binary distributions for macOS/AArch64 - only because there is not a GitHub runner for that platform. In the past, @hasufell would fill that gap with an 'unofficial' binary distribution.
