when I ran RA in host mode for MSC, I have an issue with old sticks, during the enumeration process I am entering into stall state (PID = 3). I am not sure how it can be solved. Here is my debug message after this PR fix |

From the UM of RA PID can show 2 or 3 if it is stalled. I already ran into a situation that I was getting 3, in nrdy status.
