Computer Graphics (C SCI 330) Project 3 code

Simple testing shows that the most effective number of subdivisions is 5.
Results of this testing:
No two-level rendering: 2.2 fps
6 subdivisions: 2.7 fps
5 subdivisions: 2.78 fps
4 subdivisions: 2.69 fps
3 subdivisions: 2.65 fps

Screenshots and more extensive frame-per-second details will be
prepared for the presentation on Friday.
