Merge from master origin
When working with a partner on this lab, they started the upgrade process and we were hesitant to perform any additional kubectl commands during the process.  We believed that making a note of the upgrade time might help them plan out the workshop timeline better.
Renamed in Azure portal!

In this lab, 2 Azure disks are created and mounted to the DB pods to retain the database configuration and data persistent across pods. 

This is the content I developed for the Containers Pre-TR Bootcamp in Redmond, July. It has been tested successfully by many participants.

Update labs with Kubernetes version 1.11.1
I couldn't find a way to a add a file through the code editor, so figured it would be helpful for others to just touch the Dockerfile and refresh the code editory
I thought it would be simpler to just run all the commands at once, rather than waiting one after the other with a semicolon.
When someone copies and pastes, they can just run the entire series of commands one after the other for pushing and tagging
