Added fiat-check for quote-volume or base-volume, comparing on quote even if base volume is the choice of the exchange
It now does all currencies, not just the selected ones
Updated pairlists.7z to reflect the changes
Filtered futures-exchanges by the 4 officially supported while spot-exchanges stayed unrestricted.

• Updated the script to now handle as many exchange/stake/market combinations as freqtrade allows
• Updated the 7z file to be reflecting the current status
• Now you don't need the template.json anymore

Please edit the concurrent.futures task amount to sane amounts if your cpu/ram cannot handle 100 attempted downloads in parallel!
You can still run this on weaker CPU/RAM combinations if you dial down the settings of the script.
