In this application, monthly consumption and production amounts obtained from "HES" electricity networks are stored in file format. The resulting txt file is first checked whether it is in the appropriate format. Later, the data in hand is output in hour format as Purchase and Export. The data obtained every 15 minutes are converted into a one-hour time frame.
