The program should be finished now. All you have to do is place the executable somewhere with .layout files, and it'll automatically detect your Poly Bridge 2 install location and load what it needs.

If the normal version doesn't run on your computer, try the SelfContained version instead.

How to use

When you run PolyConverter.exe, all .layout files in the same folder will be converted into .json files.
Then you can edit them as much as you like.
By pressing Enter to run the program again, all the changes you made in the .json files
will be applied to the .layout files.
A backup of the original .layout file (before any changes) will be created the first time.
You can keep applying new changes as many times as you want without having to close the window.
