Add ibis+duckdb userguide

I've reviewed the DuckDB guide and unfortunately find it too focused on DuckDB and too generic about hvPlot. However, I believe we should really mention Ibis+DuckDB more in the documentation. So what I intend to do before the next release is:

• mention Ibis support where relevant (landing page, getting started, etc.)
• Better document all the data structures/libraries supported by hvPlot, that will include a mention to Ibis (and DuckDB)
• add a big data guide that will focus on the data structure relevant for large data (dask, polars, ibis+DuckDB) and on the operations that can be performed to better display large data (datashader mostly).
