C API Conference Workshop

• We are in contact (via email) with EuroPython organizers
• We need to write a description and provide an agenda for the workshop
• Agenda-wise, we will mostly copy and paste from last year's WASM workshop
• Petr, Florian, and Stepan are happy to help as co-organizers
• Just to recap: the idea originates in Guido's statement that he doesn't know what C ext devs needs/want because he never met nor talked to one. That's exactly what we want to solve in that workshop. We want to bring the different C API stakeholders (CPython core devs, C extension devs, alternative implementation devs, ...) together.
• In order to start discussions at that workshop, we will ask people from the guest list to prepare some talks (similar to how Petr organized it for the CPython core dev sprint in Brno 2023).
