Adds a window under
View -> Grid Settingsthat shows options for customizing the map grid. Changes to these settings aren't saved in the config yet (planned updates to the config should simplify saving these settings, so waiting on that).Internally the palette editor changed a lot because I pulled the color input out for the grid settings and created a custom widget for it. The palette editor was refactored to use that widget, replacing the 16 copies in the UI.
