Release 1.2

This release includes the following changes:

• Log at info level when a handle is created
• Don't let a handle create failure crash the whole job
• Strip newlines from titles in the manifest markdown
• Added a :no_git option to the PDF generator to stop PDFs from being versioned under git
• Added a :xconf_file option to the PDF generator to allow the provision of a custom xconf
• Upgraded fop.jar to v2.2
• Updated gems to avoid a security vulnerability
