Bug fix for creating HRV video's and the user can change the default FFmpeg parameters.
The variable "INPUTFILES" translate to "tempvideo/PROJ_MET_X_YYYYMMDD_%04d.png", with X = 9/10 or 11 and YYYYMMDD the year, month and day. The variable "OUTPUTFILE" translates to "PROJ_MET_X.mp4". For HRV video's it will be "tempvideo/PROJHRV_MET_X_YYYYMMDD_%04d.png" and "PROJHRV_MET_X.mp4" respectively.
Both variable can be overwritten by something else, depending on your own directory system.

The included GeoSatellites.ini has the new parameters since the switch between Meteosat-11 and Meteosat-10.
