These GeoTIFFs are 'COG', it just means they are on the web, compressed, (possibly) tiled, have overviews, and are available for arbitrary read.
Size is 106694, 53347 with overviews 53347x26674, 26674x13337, 13337x6669, 6669x3335, 3335x1668, 1668x834, 834x417, 417x209, 209x105.
But eh, note how the RGB image is in eqc and does not have overviews, so it's probably not as convenient ...
