v4: Leaner, Meaner, and Greener

This release removes all unnecessary installation of packages in order to shrink down the installation time; those are going to be moved to a separate repository for safekeeping. This new version of the dotfiles is left with purely installing and setting up the bash prompt/profile, git configuration, any runcom file, ssh and any type of bash configuration file.
