Operations : Managed multiple clients for BAU operaitons as a second line manager of around 20 resources.
Transitions : Being part of the MSI team worked for many new clients for taking transition from other old vendors and streamlining the operations till handover to BAU teams.
Transformation : For New/Existing customers worked for the Transformation projects like Asset refresh , DC movements ( onprem to onprem) , moving from onprem to Cloud , New Environment builds etc.
Automation : Automating as per need of customer means not only by using the available devops/automation tools but also by developing customised solutions for customers based on their specific needs.
Development : I work for automation using diffirent languages : Bash , python , php etc
Orchestration : I worked on orchestrator like Cloudify to automate the infra as code by developing the blueprints which can cater the infra integrations with multiple components for example for new servers provisioning.

Started my Career in 2005 with HCL.

Kritikal : I worked for 1 Year for managing IT infra and development of internal tools using opensource tools.
HP : I worked for 2 years in solution center as expert on HPUX and LINUX to support Global clients specialy for North America.
CSC : I worked for 3 years in managing diffirent clients like Dupont , Estee Louder , Via Travels etc for Linux and Automation.
HCL : I started my career with HCL worked for 2 years and then moved to other companies to see and experience their working environment and culture and then joined back HCL again and working till now.In this jouney worked for many clients like Nokia, UPM , ELC , JnJ, Anglo American , Proximus playing diffirent roles but mainly revolving around Deops and Automation and escalated support for Linux and Unix.
