This is a reference implementation of OMTC, a proposed open API standard for Machine Translation Systems. This work has been done as a part of the MosesCore FP7 Project; a European Commission project.
It is a Java implementation that is Java v1.7 compliant.
Use Maven v2.2.1 or newer to build.
