* Add upgrade instructions for JupyterLab Current * Update file access instructions in skills-network-file-library * Add instructions to access File Library in Author Workbench and update image in JupyterLab upgrade guide * fix typos

+Follow these steps to upgrade your JupyterLab Classic lab to JupyterLab Current:
