I had forgotten that code, this makes the PR #3 more generalisable, that way we can build other types of Arduino boards instead of just the zigduino.
I copied the zigduino_idle and zigduino_autotest to a generalized and parametric idle and autotest, and moved the mega2560. I also added a Uno target to test somethign for a team member in FUN
