WIP PR with major changes to CHILLED related to input files, heating, aggregation, and more. Will keep a running list of everything that's changed

Included in this PR:

Input files

Heating

  • Run CHILLED with heating (add ALPS2024_heat version)
  • Add functionality in scripts to handle heating being switched on

Currently data is stored in a folder that has a version number on it. It would be better to remove this so the files being read won't be dependent on this numbering system but instead should only depend on version name.
