  1. Download latest binaries for IJ-Plugins Toolkit. Look for version with the highest number. Plugin binaries will be in file named: ij-plugins_toolkit_bin_*.zip.

  2. Uncompress content of ij-plugins_toolkit_bin_*.zip to ImageJ's plugins directory. You can find location of ImageJ plugins directory by selecting in ImageJ "Plugins"/"Utilities"/"ImageJ Properties", look for value of tag "plugins dir" near the bottom of the displayed Properties' window. You should have new ij-plugins directory in ImageJ plugins directory

  3. Restart ImageJ to load newly installed plugins.

There are two version of binaries ij-plugins_toolkit_bin_2.12-* and ij-plugins_toolkit_bin_2.13-*, one based on Scala 2.12 the other on 2.13. For most user the 2.12 should work fine, including Fiji users (tested with Fiji 2019-12-16 distribution).
