This repository contains various scripts used in ILRI's research computing infrastructure.
These scripts automate various tasks such as:
- Mirroring CentOS, Arch Linux, EPEL repositories for local use within our research computing infrastructure
- Backing up 389 LDAP server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc
- Creating interactive shells on compute nodes using SLURM allocation
- Adding new and or accessing users details on 389 LDAP server
