Reduced CPU usage when not in a hunt zone

Reduced CPU usage by 70-90% when not in hunt zones, e.g. city-states.

Minor fixes

Seemed to have mostly fixed the minor perfomance issue with updating the Priority mob coordinates causing mild lag.

Just in case, there is now an option to disable this in the settings window.

Global Hotkeys! Click Through!

You can now set hotkeys as Global Hotkeys.

Global Hotkeys work even when another program is in focus.

There are certain hotkeys that only work as Global hotkeys, such as ALT+Numpad - usual this is reserved for typing unicode characters such as: ™ ☺♣↨.

You can now also Enable/Disable Click Through.
By default, Click Thru is enabled when On Top is on. This can be disabled in the Settings Window.

Combining this power with On Top and Opacity allows you to have the map overlayed your game while being able to click through the program and play normally (Such as the overlays in various ACT plugins).

This should make searching for Hunts with this program much easier and more user friendly.

Once you are used to your hotkeys of choice, you'll be able to toggle the program window on and off with great alacrity.

Hotkeys now changeable

Hotkeys can now be changed from the Settings window.

TTS Added

There are now TTS callouts for nearby hunts.

You can use this to notify yourself of the nearby hunts and their names without having to read it yourself.

TTS alerts when S ranks spawn helps reaction time.

These can be toggled on and off in the Settings window.

Reworked how mob icons are drawn, should be able to now show multiples when there are 2 of the same rank nearby.

Example: The close spawn locations in Yanxia can result in both A ranks being within the detection radius.

Added a settings windows and config.json file. You can now change some settings by opening the Settings window with CTRL+Q.

You can also change these settings and hotkeys via the config.json file that is located in the Data folder.

This file is created on the first run.
