Added media sources service that consolidates data about newspapers and other media sources in future. The old
newspapersservice is refactored to work as a proxy for the new service. The new service is exposed on the Public API, the old service is removed from the Public API but left in the internal API to be used internally and in the web app. It can be completely replaced by the new service once web app is updated.Fixes #459
