Bumps major version to 2.0.0

Version includes a large refactor to accommodate IA profile pages, including the extraction of the CollectionBrowserDataSource class to separately manage backend-fetched data in isolation from the UI component.

A breaking change in this version upgrade:

• sortParam is no longer a reactive property of collection-browser, and attempting to set this property will result in an error as it is now readonly.
  • To modify the sorting behavior of collection-browser, set the selectedSort and sortDirection properties individually.
