Useful to count roundtrips.

Surprisingly I'm seeing WebTransport connections take 4 round trips? I've not investigated further yet.

You can use a bootstrapper to get a WebTransport node:

vole libp2p identify /dns4/am6.bootstrap.libp2p.io/udp/4001/quic-v1/p2p/QmbLHAnMoJPWSCR5Zhtx6BHJX9KiKNN6tpvbUcqanj75Nb

And then connect to to a returned WebTransport address

$ vole libp2p connect /ip4/147.75.87.27/udp/4001/quic-v1/webtransport/certhash/uEiA7MYic9brWTEruQRV2FpZKdP3lxZ77o5ZMu8URg7fpUQ/certhash/uEiBomnPFoc0Xq3BQ5THkZSYmhEEHmMtto6ZcunZCaF3Wpw/p2p/QmbLHAnMoJPWSCR5Zhtx6BHJX9KiKNN6tpvbUcqanj75Nb
Connect took: 2.569578681s
Average RTT: 637.213822ms
Number of roundtrips to Connect: 4.032521882427089

Issue with WebTransport is libp2p/go-libp2p#3161
