The libipld crates are superseded by `ipld-core` and companion crates like `serde_ipld_dagcbor`, `serde_ipld_dagjson` and `ipld-dagpb`.

The Rust IPLD implementation libipld is going to be deprecated ipld/libipld#198. Use ipld-core instead.
