Collect Command (2022-11-21T16:23:26Z)

This adds support for a collect command, which uses public API endpoints to search for posts matching one or more hashtags. This release returns JSON results, but is intended to be a starting point for playing with grouping or identifying patterns of how tags are being used in the wild.
