Scripting to clean up impact scylla servers

find-files.py = Python script that Raphael's script is piped into to filter into last two windows and find associated file

run_all.sh = shell script to execute all associated files and scripts including draining/stopping/starting scylla service

upload_files.sh = shell script to upload all needed files to all database hosts, uses fcsh.sh functions to do so
