Updated controller post to use the parse function and accept minHeight

Update the README to reflect the actual endpoint (object=>objects) and update controller POST method (don't force body parameters and use the existing parse method) to allow setting minHeight/maxHeight via POST body. maxHeight now has a default value to eliminate single quotes that were being added in the parsing of it.
