This is a preliminary version of the OBO tutorial. You can download the full tutorial in PDF format (obo-tutorial.pdf) and the examples files (Source code). The example Java code and all dependencies have been packaged into obo-tutorial.jar -- see code/README.md for instructions on running the code.

Some sections of the tutorial are still missing (#2) or incomplete (#1). Reasoning over the application ontology works on Protege 4 with ELK, but not with HermiT (#5).
