Rime set up (server) and other machine (client) setup for MMSEQS usage via Rime.
Change the $PORT_NUMBER variable to the correct port number (currently line 42 in rime_mmseqs) - ask Dr. Snow for it! This way we can keep track of who is using rime, and where.
