This PR includes the follow improvements:

Checking the output folder before running processes.
Requires minimum Python version 3.9.0 .
Fix typo in message 'Enable external import of ... package' Fix typo in message 'Enable external import of ... package' #367 .
The application has been scheduled to restart automatically, e.g. at the end of the wizard or after applying settings that require the application to restart.
Updated copyleft year.
