Night Walk Pickup

React Native App utilizing google maps API for location display and expo native GPS location API to track users' locations on the map. Night-Walk uses firebase cloud functions to send SMS notifications to users notifying them about the pickup locations and scheduled time.

Allows students to schedule night-walks with the bear walk assistants to safely walk those on campus back home. App masks location when users are some radius distance apart.

To run the app locally:

yarn install
expo install
expo start

(Requires expo to run mobile apps with simulator and yarn as package manager)
