Enhance dashboard data visibility and resolve rerun hang issue

• Added functionality to display dashboard data based on time intervals: 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, and 5 years.

• If no data is available across the entire app, the dashboard will default to showing 1 hour of data with empty values.

• The graph will dynamically adapt to show the next available data interval if the current selection is empty (e.g., if 1 hour data is empty, it will switch to 1 day data).

• Addressed rerun hang issue with an updated popup message for better user feedback.
