Solves 65697 - feat - adds BITBUCKET_PAYLOAD to multi-branch builds

Testing done

1. Testing was done using unit tests and
2. E2E commit --> push --> web hook from bitbucket to a local Jenkins instance using container. Tested both pipeline and mutlibranch-pipeline
