This allows for control over the matching order of routes in order to control the precedence of some routes over others.

This allows for control over the matching order of routes in order to control the precedence of some routes over others. I've based this off #16 where @corytheboyd provided a good starting point. However, there didn't seem to be any activity on this front and my team is also in need of this feature. Hopefully this can begin the process of adding ordered routes to this excellent library.
