v1.1.1 - Updated Code Signing Cert

Simply bumping version number so that an updated nuget package could be uploaded to nuget.org with an updated code signing certificate. Code signing for version 1.1.0 will expire at the end of January 2022. Version 1.1.1 should be downloaded as a replacement to avoid expired certificate errors.

Security Update

Minor modification for ensuring authentication does not get avoided. See Security Alert resulting from CodeQL here.
