WRFv3.9_HRRRv4

This is the final (frozen) version of the HRRR model code. It was developed by NOAA-GSL, starting from a pre-WRF-ARWv3.9 code base, vary close to WRFv3.9. The following paper overviews some of the developments specific to the HRRR:
