[5.2] User Actions Log: User Filter

Summary of Changes

This PR improves the User Filter on the User Actions Log page.

Testing Instructions

• Create a couple of Users and assign them to the User Group "Administrator"
• Login in the back-end with the new Users and do some tasks (create/edit article, etc)
• Go to "User Actions Log" /administrator/index.php?option=com_actionlogs&view=actionlogs
• Click on "Filter Options"

Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request

The "Select Users" Filter shows the Usernames, while the "Name" column shows the Real Names

Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request

The "Select Users" Filter displays the real Names followed by the Username between brackets (e.g., Name (username)). The list is sorted by "Name".
