Storing queries and favorites

This would use the My admin page (!?).

• Search history and option to clear that history
• Stored queries (quick links on the homepage, accessible through the search box)
• Store favorite metadata records
• Notifications on updates of favorite datasets
• Inform me on a new dataset within a topic category or other type of query (through subscription without an account)

Provide a widget based on a stored query or a favorite record
