i want get cs.js.org to make short links for codeshare.js.org (#9467)

i meant short links like cs.js.org/{codeId} that will redirects to codeshare.js.org/{codeId}

I'm not sure short links are a valid reason to request a subdomain. If you're wanting a short domain and more control, I think I'd encourage you to buy your own domain. @indus what do you think?

@JustDeveloper1 It's only been 5 days since we were finally able to merge your last PR that kept us busy for a whole month!
JavaScript is still not the main focus of the application but just one of many programming languages in a row. I accepted it in part to simply get the request closed. So my willingness to make concessions has more or less run out.

Besides that, I see it the same way as Matt. We don't assign subdomains just so that they are particularly short. If a project is called codeshare then the obviously matching subdomain is codeshare.js.org.
