Changes committed to all functions including heatmaps such as hierarchical clustering, distance clustering and all other heatmaps.
New objects:
-removedbatch_anno_log2 for Batch_removed_dds was changed to contain also Ensembl and gene Symbols.
-removedbatch_anno for Batch_removed_dds was changed to contain also Ensembl and gene Symbols and counts were calculated back to "normal" expression using 2^command instead of log2.
