Two things were unclear to me:

That accounts were case sensitive. Or well, I didn't realize my nao and ascension run accounts had uppercase characters, because logging in there is not case sensitive.
That the config on www.hardfought.org should be used also for the other hardfought servers.

Scratching my own itch for next year.
