This update is to create a Bypass for the OIDC to be able to assume the "Admin" role since there is a pre-condition that MFA has to be enabled to be able to assume the "Admin" role. so whenever you want to configure an account with OIDC (Open Id) provider and enable it to assume "Admin" role this RELEASE has to be selected..mainly it was released for GITHUB ACTIONS pipelines purposes.
