New Search Result Order

User Story: As a user i want to see most relevant content first, so that I find quickly the location, that is relevant to me.

Problem

• Currently user dont see any events, if there are more than 100 entries, even if they are not relevant, bad rated entries.

Solution

Regroup the search result as follows

• 1. Best Ranked entries first
• 2. max. 50 Events in cronological order
• 3. Not ranked entries
• Show max. 5 matching cities, if 1-3 are less than 10 results Run citiy-search, if less than 10 search results #108
• 4. Bad ranked entries

Can you make sure, that there are always some (E=5) events visible? So if X is the maximum number of visible pins: X-5 good ranked entries will be shown. But if there are no events, X can be filld with good ranked, unranked oder bad ranked entries...
