- Improve startup logging
- Update configuration for Tomcat to log to stdout. Add the option to log to file again and make logging.properties configurable

Very nice to put both links, the one to sourceforge and the plugin.txt file. The doc is much more complete. The users know where the 2 plugin.txt are taking their content from.
